DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Domestic: West Malaysia (1-5 business days); East Malaysia (5-8 business days)

International: 6-15 business days

TRACKING ORDER

Tracking information will be sent via email once your item has been shipped.

Note: Orders placed before 10am (Malaysian Time, Monday-Friday) will be shipped on the same day.

CUSTOM DUTIES

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, which are to be borne by the recipient. TENSTEP will not be liable for the aforementioned charges.
