12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

TENSTEP Rolling Duffle Suitcase comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The limited warranty covers any manufacturing defects provided that the product is used for its intended purpose under normal conditions.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS

  • Missing parts or defects identified upon deliver.
  • Defects or failures in manufacturing materials that affect the core functionality of the product.
  • Parts covered include wheels, handles, telescoping handles, ergonomic bag straps and zippers.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Any damages caused by improper use or care, misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature or external causes (e.g. prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, use of inappropriate cleaning products, acids, solvents, moisture etc).
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to rips, tears, cuts, scratches, stains.
  • Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not impair the functionality of the product.
  • Damage determined by us to be due to intentional abuse, modification, tampering, and/or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use.

ELIGIBILITY OF WARRANTY

TENSTEP's limited warranty applies only to the individual who originally purchased through our authorized channels. These channels include (a) our website, tenstep.com.my, and (b) any retail store registered under the Tenstep.co entity, whether in online or offline marketplaces.

IN THE EVENT OF WARRANTY CLAIM

For domestic orders: TENSTEP will cover all the repair expenses up to one time only.

For international orders: TENSTEP will cover all the repair expenses, up to one time only, excluding any shipping cost, packaging cost and applicable taxes.

We make replacement/repair decisions at our discretion and reserve the right to decline a warranty claim. In rare instances where a claim is found to be misrepresented or fraudulent, we reserve the right to void this warranty.

Reach out to us at contact@tenstep.com.my or Whatsapp (+6011-11693473) to get the process started. TENSTEP reserves the right to request for images or videos of claimed defect to facilitate a proper claim resolution.
