TENSTEP RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

At TENSTEP, we meticulously craft every product with exceptional quality and design—all because we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, if something isn't quite right and you wish to make a return, we do offer hassle-free returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Product(s) must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • Product(s) must be in its original condition unused, unworn, and without any signs of visible wear or tear.
  • Product(s) must be returned in its original packaging with labels intact.
  • All shipping fees, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees are non-refundable.
  • A handling fee of MYR 50* will be applied and borne by the recipient.
  • TENSTEP is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping process.

If returns do not meet any of the above conditions, TENSTEP reserves the right to deny and return the product(s) on terms determined at its sole discretion.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To start the process, please email us at contact@tenstep.com.my or Whatsapp (+6011-11693473) with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a refund if applicable.

REFUND POLICY

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund (minus shipping cost) will be credited to your original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process.
  • Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds.

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ORDERS

We're sorry to hear that your order isn't perfect. If the product arrives damaged or isn't working as intended, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will help resolve the issue ASAP.

  1. Take a photo of the defected or incorrect order
  2. Email the photo, along with your order number, to contact@tenstep.com.my.
  3. Our customer support team will promptly review the information and contact you with a solution.
